1) Acceptance of Terms

By booking, purchasing, or receiving services, treatments, consultations, or products from My Nurse Injector (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not proceed with booking or treatment.

These Terms apply to in-clinic services and to use of our website, booking forms, messaging, and digital resources.

2) Eligibility & Medical Safety

  • Clients must be at least 18 years of age; valid government ID may be required.
  • All medical aesthetics are provided under applicable nursing scope and oversight in Ontario, Canada.
  • Disclose complete and accurate medical history, medications, allergies, and prior procedures to support safety.
  • We may decline, defer, or modify treatment at clinical discretion if unsafe or not indicated.
  • Cosmetic results vary by individual; no specific outcome is guaranteed.
  • Clients may be accessed virtually by our Medical Director prior to initiation of services for safety assessment and treatment planning.

3) Appointments, Cancellations & Late Policy

  • Booking: A valid payment method may be required to secure appointments.
  • Deposit: A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment, which will be applied toward your treatment cost. This deposit is forfeited if cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours' notice.
  • Reschedule/Cancellation: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
  • Late Arrivals: Sessions may be shortened or rebooked if you arrive late.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend may incur a fee at our posted policy rate.
  • Policy Updates: Fees and windows may change; the policy in effect at booking applies.

5) Pricing, Payments & Refunds

  • Prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.
  • Accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout or in-clinic.
  • Because medical aesthetics are professional services and outcomes vary, fees for services rendered are generally non-refundable.
  • Product sales (skincare, devices, etc.) may be final sale or have limited returns due to safety/hygiene.
  • Promotions, gift cards, and packages have specific terms and expiry as posted; not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
  • Any insurance/third-party coverage (if applicable) is the client's responsibility; cosmetic services are typically not covered by OHIP.

6) Photography & Testimonials

  • Clinical "before & after" photographs may be taken for assessment and continuity of care.
  • Use of images for marketing requires your explicit, separate written consent; declining does not affect your care.
  • Testimonials reflect individual experiences; they do not guarantee results.

7) Client Conduct & Clinic Safety

  • Respectful conduct is expected; we may refuse service for abusive or unsafe behavior.
  • No pets in clinical areas (certified service animals excepted).
  • Please avoid recording in treatment rooms unless agreed with the provider.

8) Intellectual Property

All website content, educational materials, and branding are owned by or licensed to My Nurse Injector. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivatives without written permission.

9) Third-Party Services

We may link to or integrate scheduling, payment, or communications tools provided by third parties. Your use of those tools is subject to their terms and policies.

10) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Nothing on our site or in our communications constitutes medical advice; individualized assessment is required.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services or site use.
  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Courts located in Toronto, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

12) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and posting the revised Terms.
